Maintel signs 3 year partnership agreement to provide Westcon Convergence UK with maintenance and professional services
Maintel, one of the leading independent telecoms services providers in the UK, today announces an agreement to provide its services to Distribution Partner Westcon Convergence UK. This strategic partnership will allow Westcon to resell Maintel's extensive portfolio of maintenance and professional services to its Reseller Partners with Maintel maintaining over 1500 current Westcon client sites.
The move accelerates Maintel's strategy of extending its Avaya capabilities and expertise as 8 Westcon technical services staff transfers to Maintel. Maintel currently offers nationwide coverage across a wide range of technologies with an engineering force now nearly 100-strong.
The move also supports Westcon's services strategy to extend its services capabilities across a broader range of products, providing its partners and their customers with a more complete service offering.
Through the partnership with Maintel, Westcon Reseller Partners will also benefit from Maintel's value-added support offering including dedicated account management, pricing tools, pre-sales bid support and online web support.
