Cancellation of Treasury Shares
The Company announces that on 20 October 2005 it cancelled 420,000 Ordinary
Shares of 1p each, held previously as treasury shares.
Following the cancellation of such treasury shares, the Company now holds no
Ordinary Shares in treasury and the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is
13,096,800 Ordinary Shares.
This notification is pursuant to the amendment of the Companies Act 1985 to
allow companies to buy-back and hold certain types of their own shares 'in
treasury'.
