(representing 0.0% of the issued class of capital) at a price of 285p each. The
shares were purchased pursuant to a regular standing order, through the Majedie
share plan.



Mr Reid is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 8,692 shares,
representing 0.02% of the issued share capital.
