INTERIM DIVIDEND

As agreed at the General Meeting on 25 January 2023, quarterly dividends will be paid at the end of each financial quarter (31 December, 31 March, 30 June and 30 September) at approximately 0.75% of the Net Asset Value ("NAV") at the financial quarter end. The NAV at 30 June 2023 was 247.28 pence per share.

The Board of Majedie Investments PLC has therefore declared an interim dividend in respect of the third quarter ending 30 June 2023 of 1.8 pence per ordinary share, to be paid on 30 August 2023 to those shareholders registered at the close of business on 11 August 2023.

The shares will go ex-dividend on 10 August 2023.
