Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the provider of educational services in the UK, Europe and Asia, announces the resignation of Non-executive Director, Sabin Joshi, with effect from 24 July 2018.

The Board would like to thank Mr Joshi for his contribution to the Company and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
