Further placing

Following the placing of shares first announced on 16 March, 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that it has raised an additional £408,000 via a placing of 3,400,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 12p per share (the 'Placing'). Application has been made for 3,400,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 18 June, 2009 ('Admission'). On Admission, the Company will have 31,592,146 Ordinary Shares in issue.

Pursuant to the Placing, the Company can announce that Emerge Learning Services Pte Ltd will hold 3,400,000 Ordinary Shares which represent 10.76 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
