                             Acquisition Completed


AEC Education plc ('AEC'), is pleased to announce that it has today completed
the acquisition of the 65% of Educational Resources Pte. Ltd. that it did not
already own.

Further to the announcement of 3rd December 2007, AEC has made application to
trading on AIM for 2,593,750 new ordinary shares and trading in these shares is
expected to commence on 7th January 2008.
