                                 Man Group plc

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for a Block Listing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 3 US Cents each of
Man Group plc to be admitted to the Official List to be issued in respect of the
Issuer's Man Group Sharesave Scheme.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the company.
