On 20th November 2007, Mrs Prunella Jane Clarke transferred 600,000 ordinary
shares of 3 US cents in Man Group plc to Mr Peter Clarke, Chief Executive, for
nil consideration. Following this transaction Mr Clarke's shareholding remains
unchanged and Mr Clarke is deemed to be interested in a total of 5,054,819 Man
Group plc ordinary shares representing approximately 0.26% of the Company's
issued share capital.
