On 4th June 2008 the following share transaction was completed by a Non-Executive Director of Man Group plc. Man Group plc was informed of the transaction on that date.

Patrick O'Sullivan:

Shares acquired: 80,000 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each at a price of 612.2717 pence per share. 

Following the above transaction Mr O'Sullivan is deemed to be interested in 80,000 Man Group plc ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.005% of the Company's issued share capital.
