On 14 December 2010 the following share transactions were completed by two non-executive directors of Man Group plc.  Man Group plc was informed of the transactions on 16 December 2010.

Shares acquired: 4,768 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each at a price of 2.875746 pence per share under the Man Group plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.

Patrick O'Sullivan:

Shares acquired: 1,757 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each at a price of 2.875746 pence per share under the Man Group plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
