Notification is given pursuant to Chapter 16.13 of the Listing Rules, that on
5th July 2002, the security interest of the Employee Trust was increased by
204,307 shares (for nil consideration).  The Employee Trust now has a security
interest over 852,065 shares.

Executive Directors of the Company are deemed to be interested in the
1,990,173 shares held by the Employee Trust and the 742,065 shares over which
the Employee Trust holds a security interest.
