In addition to the transactions announced yesterday in (RNS Number 6830N), Peter
Clarke also exercised 54,083 unapproved executive options under the Man Group
Executive Share Option Scheme 2001 at 924.50p per share and sold the resulting
number of shares at 1436p per share. His residual shareholding remains unchanged
at 669,185 Man Group plc ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.218% of
the Company's issued share capital.
