Man appoints two Non-Executive Directors

Man Group plc today announces the appointment of Ruud Hendriks and Frédéric Jolly as Non-Executive Directors, effective from 1 August 2009.

Ruud Hendriks recently retired from Goldman Sachs Asset Management where he had been a Managing Director and Co-head of Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to this, Ruud was Global Head of Institutional Sales for Robeco, a leading international asset manager.

Frédéric Jolly was Chief Executive Officer of Russell Investments (Europe, Middle East and Africa) until the summer of 2008. After 14 years with the company he left to set up his own advisory business. Before Russell, Frédéric was a Partner and Head of Investment Consulting at The Wyatt Company, Paris (now Watson Wyatt).
