As advised in the announcement made on 14 October 2010 relating to the completion of the acquisition of GLG, Noam Gottesman's related trust has now disposed of shares in Man Group plc in order to realise funds to satisfy tax liabilities incurred in connection with the Acquisition.  The formal TR1 forms relating to the disposal can be found below.
