Notification is given pursuant to Chapter 16.13 of the Listing Rules that on
27th July 2004 the security interest of the Employee Trust was increased by
110,434 shares for nil consideration. The Employee Trust now has a security
interest over 697,931 shares.

Executive Directors of the Company are deemed to be interested in the 697,931
shares over which the Employee Trust holds a security interest.
