PUBLICATION OF CIRCULAR AND PROSPECTUS EQUIVALENT DOCUMENT

Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC ('MLIT') announced earlier today that it will make an offer for Osprey Smaller Companies Income Fund Limited ('Osprey'), which will be subject to the approval of MLIT Shareholders.

MLIT now announces that copies of the Circular to MLIT Shareholders together with copies of a document which is equivalent to a Prospectus which will also be sent with an offer document to Osprey Shareholders have been delivered to and are available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility of the FSA at:
