Appointment of Managing Director of Conister Bank

The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Douglas Grant as Managing Director of Conister Bank Limited ("Conister"), subject to regulatory approval.

Mr Grant joined the Group board in January 2010 as Group Finance Director and Finance Director of Conister.  Following Mr Grant's appointment as Managing Director of Conister, James Smeed, ACA, CTA, who has been with the Group since August 2012, latterly as Conister's Head of Finance, will replace Mr Grant as Finance Director of that company, subject to regulatory approval.  Juan Kelly has resigned as Managing Director of Conister with immediate effect.

He has an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the Conister Bank and the Group and we look forward to his leading Conister to a sustained growth in profitability.
