Confirmation of new Director

The board of Manx Financial Group plc (the "Group") announces that, further to the announcement of 23 June 2015 in relation to the proposed appointment of Neil Duggan as Chairman of Conister Bank and a board member of the Group, the regulatory checks have now been completed. Accordingly, Neil's appointment will become effective from 1 July 2015.

Set out in an Appendix to this announcement are the appropriate AIM disclosures.
