Director Shareholding

Mr John Banks, Non-Executive Director, was informed by the Trustees on 29 June 2015 that, on 13 April 2015, 893,000 Manx Financial Ordinary Shares held in trust by Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd for Marquise Holdings Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar have been transferred and are now held in the name of Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited in trust for Mr Arron Banks' SIPP.

As a result of this transfer the underage children of Mr John Banks are beneficiaries under trust of 1,443,833 Manx Financial Ordinary Shares (1.41% of the Company's issued share capital) held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd in trust for Marquise Holdings Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar.  Mr John Banks is not himself a beneficiary of the trust.   

The overall total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Arron Banks, a significant shareholder, has a beneficial interest remains unchanged at 30,339,825 representing 29.72% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
