Conister Financial Group plc (the 'Company' or CFG)

Grant of Options

On 30 May 2008, Conister Financial Group plc (the 'Company') granted share options over 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each, representing 2.0% of the issued share capital. The exercise price of the options is 70p and they are exercisable on certain performance criteria being met. The grant comprised 500,000 share options for Mr FA Banks, Chief Executive Officer and 500,000 share options for Mr C Johnstone, Interim Finance Director, although not a Director of the Company; neither held options prior to this grant.  

They were granted under the Employee Share Option Scheme 2003 which was approved by Shareholders at the AGM on 29 April 2003.
