Holdings in the Company

The Company was informed on 12th January 2011 that Helvetica Strategic Holdings no longer has a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Share capital of the Company. Helvetica Strategic Holdings held Ordinary Shares in an investment vehicle on behalf of clients and employees.  This investment vehicle has now been dissolved and the Ordinary Shares have been distributed to the relevant clients and employees.  The one notifiable interest in connection with this action relates to shares held by Lynchwood Nominees who are the registered holder of 8,103,412 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 9.19% of the Ordinary issued share capital.
