The Company was informed on 26th April 2013 that, following purchases of ordinary shares in the Company, Arron Banks, a significant shareholder, is now beneficially interested in 18% of the issued ordinary share capital.  The total ordinary shares in which Mr Banks is beneficially interested is 16,124,825.
