In accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) sub-paragraph (v) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Mark Warde-Norbury was a director of St Helen's Property Investments Limited when it was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 6 February 2009.
