("St Helen's Capital" or the "Company")
Result of General Meeting
St Helen's Capital announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today the resolutions to approve
the disposal of the Company's business and associated assets to Whim Gully Capital LLP (the "Disposal") and to
adopt the Investing Policy set out in the Circular to shareholders dated 28 August 2009 were duly passed.
The Disposal will now proceed to completion and, accordingly, with effect from the commencement of dealings on
15 September 2009, the Company will be trading on AIM as an Investing Company.
