Ordinary shares of 25p each, purchased in London at a price of £6.885 each,
under the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan in respect of a dividend paid on

3.         Exercise of SAYE Option

The  Company was informed that on 2 January 2007 Andrew Moore exercised SAYE
Options over 4,943 Ordinary Shares of 25p at a price of £2.23.  These shares are
registered in the name of Andrew Moore.
