On 21 November 2013, under the terms of the Marks and Spencer Group plc Sharesave scheme, the following director/PDMR was granted options to buy ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at an option price of £4.05 per share.

The options to buy Shares are normally exercisable for 6 months from the end of the savings term.
