Dealing by Directors
We have received confirmation today of the following dealings by directors:
• On 25 September 2002 Alison Clare Reed redeemed 1,951 B shares at a price
of 70p per share. The shares were registered in her own name. Following this
notification, she holds no B Shares in her own name but does hold 2,474 B
Shares in the Delayed Profit Sharing Scheme.
• On 25 September 2002 David Norgrove redeemed 5,959 B shares at a price of
70p per share. The shares were registered in the name of David Ronald
Norgrove and Jennifer Daphne Norgrove. Following this notification, he holds
2,886 B Shares in the Delayed Profit Sharing Scheme and 8,247 B Shares in
various PEPs.
• On 25 September 2002 Alison Clare Reed acquired 4 shares at a price of
330.25p following reinvestment of the tax credit in a PEP. The shares were
registered in the name of Marks & Spencer Savings & Investments Limited.
Following this notification, she holds 83,338 Ordinary Shares.
