Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director
Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the UK leader in business-critical services and software which assure safety and regulatory compliance, announces that Gillian Kent will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
With an executive career of over 25 years in digital businesses and functional experience in building markets and brands for products and services, Gillian Kent was previously Chief Executive of Propertyfinder, the real estate portal, until its acquisition by Zoopla and spent 15 years with Microsoft including three years as Managing Director of MSN UK.
Gillian currently holds non-executive director roles at Mothercare plc, Ascential plc, NAHL Group plc and SIG plc and was formerly a non-executive director of Pendragon plc and Dignity plc.
A further announcement in connection with Gillian Kent's appointment to the Board, which is expected to be during the first quarter of 2022, will be made in due course.
