Director/PDMR Shareholding
Marlowe announces that following the acquisition of 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Alex Dacre, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, on 20 January 2022 at a price of 1,000 pence per Ordinary Share as previously disclosed, Adam Councell, Marlowe's Chief Financial Officer, purchased 5,600 Ordinary Shares at a price of 892 pence per Ordinary Share on 25 January 2022.
As a result, Adam Councell is now interested in 22,138 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
