Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the UK leader in business-critical services and software which assure safety and regulatory compliance, confirms further to its announcement of 5 October 2021 that, following an orderly handover of responsibilities to Adam Councell, Mark Adams has resigned as a director of the Group with immediate effect.
