Directors' and PDMR interests in shares
Marshalls plc ('the Company') announces that it received notification on 3
October 2007 that the Trustee, Yorkshire Building Society, purchased ordinary
shares of 25 pence each on behalf of the following Directors and Persons
Discharging Managerial Responsibility on 3 October 2007, to be held in
accordance with the rules of the Company's HM Revenue & Customs approved share
purchase plan. The shares were purchased at a price of 307 pence per share.
