Directors' and PDMR interests in shares


Marshalls plc ('the Company') announces that it received notification today that
the Trustee, Yorkshire Building Society, purchased ordinary shares of 25 pence
each on behalf of the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility on 5 March 2007, to be held in accordance with the rules of the
Company's HM Revenue & Customs approved share purchase plan. The shares were
purchased at a price of 335 pence per share.
