David Graham Holden, Ian David Burrell and David Neil Sarti yesterday purchased
ordinary shares in Marshalls plc of 24,144, 16,215 and 9,947 respectively. This
follows the buy out of awards previously granted under the Long Term Incentive
Plan.
Following this transaction the interest in shares of the Company for David
Graham Holden is 206,769,for Ian David Burrell is 26,715 and for David Neil
Sarti is 16,429.
The shares have been acquired at the price of 283.5 pence per ordinary share.
