Marshalls Plc announces that three executive directors exercised options under
the Marshalls Executive Share Option Scheme and sold shares principally to
finance the exercise of those options as follows:-
John Douglas Marshall exercised on 16 October 2001 an option for 50,000 shares
at 142p per share and sold 38,260 shares at 219p per share. His beneficial
holding is now 557,243 shares.
Richard Blair Illingworth exercised on 16 October 2001 an option for 25,000
shares at 142p per share and sold 19,500 shares at 219p per share. His
beneficial holding is now 110,043 shares.
David Graham Holden exercised on 16 October 2001 an option for 50,000 shares
at 142p per share and sold 32,600 shares at 219p per share. His beneficial
holding is now 85,688 shares.
