Companies Act 1985 by AXA Investment Managers Limited that AXA S.A. and its
Group companies are to be regarded as having a beneficial interest in 10,667,315
shares in Marshalls plc, representing 7.45% of the issued share capital and a
non-beneficial interest in 6,451,942 shares in Marshalls plc, representing 4.51%
of the issued share capital.
