Companies Act 1985 by AXA Investment Managers Limited that AXA S.A. and its
Group companies are to be regarded as having a beneficial interest in 11,433,921
shares in Marshalls plc, representing 7.99% of the issued share capital and a
non-beneficial interest in 7,516,437 shares in Marshalls plc, representing 5.25%
of the issued share capital.
