Marston's PLC: Annual Report and Associated Documents

Marston's PLC (the "Company") has posted to shareholders and, in accordance with LR 9.6.1R, has submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, copies of the following documents:

·     2014 Annual Report; 

·     Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 January 2015 ("AGM Notice");

·     Forms of Proxy.
