On 12 February 2009, Marston's PLC (the Company) announced the appointment of Andrew Andrea as the Group Finance Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2009.

It is confirmed that Andrew Andrea has taken up his position as of today and, in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it is disclosed that he has a holding of 20,457 ordinary shares in the Company as at this date.
