Appointment of Non Executive Director

Marston's PLC, a leading independent brewer and pub operator, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Rowland as Non-executive Director with effect from 1 September 2010.

Robin is currently Chief Executive of YO! Sushi which he joined in 1999. Under his leadership, YO! Sushi has grown from a London only sushi restaurant with only three outlets to an internationally renowned brand, operating 63 unique, conveyor belt restaurants worldwide.

Prior to this role he held senior positions at City Centre Restaurants (1995-1999) and Scottish and Newcastle (1993-1995).

There are no further details required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13 of the FSA Handbook.
