DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
At the Extraordinary General Meeting of The Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries,
PLC held on 8 January 2007, the shareholders approved the sub-division of each
existing 29.5p ordinary share into four new ordinary shares of 7.375p each and
the change of name to Marston's PLC (the 'Company').
As a direct consequence of the sub-division the Company announces that it has
been notified that, as at 6pm on 8 January 2007, the directors now have the
following interests in the ordinary 7.375p shares of Marston's PLC:
