Directorate Change

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, the Company confirms that Miles Emley is to retire from the Board with effect from the close of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 27 January 2012.  Miles has served as a Non-executive Director since 1998 and is currently a member of the Remuneration, Audit and Nomination Committees.

David Thompson, Chairman, commented:

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Miles for the well-judged contribution he has made as a Non-executive Director of the Company over many years, and for his support.  We wish him well for the future."
