Marston's PLC announces that it has cancelled today the following number of its ordinary shares of 7.375p each on the London Stock Exchange.

Number of ordinary shares cancelled:          950,000 

Following the above purchase, Marston's PLC holds 30,162,339 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 271,694,008 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
