Annual  Report and Accounts 2008; Notice of 2008 AGM; Amendments to Articles  of
Association

Two copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
January 2008 and Notice of Meeting of Annual General Meeting 2008 have today
been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection
at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

At the Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2008, it is proposed that the Company's
Articles of Association be amended.  A summary of the proposed changes is set
out in the Notice of 2008 Annual General Meeting and the draft amended Articles
of Association are available for inspection at the Company's registered office.
Copies have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
Facility today.
