The Company announces that, with effect from 30 June 2010, it has appointed
State Street Bank and Trust Company ("State Street"), a bank and trust company
with an office at 20 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HJ, as its
custodian in place of The Northern Trust Company.

State Street is authorised by the Financial Services Authority and will provide
custody services for the Company.
