On 10 July 2019, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc ("the Company") issued 100,000 treasury shares at a price of 302.0p per share from the Treasury Share Account.

Following this issue, the Company holds 15,378,413 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 83,297,494 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
