Total Voting Rights and Share Capital - 2 January 2018

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("FCA DTR"), the total number of ordinary shares of the Company in issue as at the date and time of this notice is 92,652,079 with each share carrying the right to one vote. In addition, there are 10,931,123 shares held in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company in accordance with the FCA DTR.
