On 16 July 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 12,111 ordinary shares at a price of 183p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,777,328 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 101,715,843 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
