On 24 March 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 191p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,013,766 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 102,479,405 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
