On 23 June 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 35,000 ordinary shares at a price of 183.79p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,668,205 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 101,824,966 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
